Beerens Real Estate is both a real estate (re)development company and a real estate investment company.

This means we (re)develop for third parties, whether those are tenants or end-users (built-to-suit solutions).

We also invest in existing properties with a buy to hold strategy.

Even though some people will know us for our semi-industrial properties, our portfolio consists of all types of real estate. (offices, residential, agricultural land, …)

This means we are permanently on the look-out of expanding our portfolio.
